Twitter Reacts After Finding Out SZA And Drake Dated In 2008

Whew! SZA has social media on fire after releasing her ‘S.O.S’ album after a five-year drought.

On Friday, the songstress dropped her latest album and left her fan’s emotions in disarray, with many referring to her as the “toxic queen.” SZA addressed many long-running topics such as admitting to having plastic surgery work and her relationship drama with ex-lovers.

While promoting the album, SZA chatted with Big Tigger when she was asked about her past relationship with Drake. The two dated years ago in 2008, which Drake first made public on 21 Savage’s 2020 “Mr. Right Now” single.

Despite their relationship dating back to 14 years ago, SZA says they have remained cordial.

“We’re cool, we’ve always been cool. It’s never been weird. It’s never come completely out of the blue,” she says. “Anytime he’s ever mentioned me, it’s always been positive. He’s never said anything negative about me. I’m grateful for that and I think highly of him, and I think it’s really weird that as all these years went past, I am an artist now and I wasn’t then and he’s King Drake.”

Even though Drake already confirmed their past relationship, many Twitter users are just now finding out about their fling and are in complete shock.
