Kelly uploaded a sweet picture of her two baby boys, writing: “On the 21st day, of the 21st year, of the 21st Century, Noah Jon Weatherspoon greeted us. We are truly grateful.” Kelly added that her son was born at 8:13 p.m. on Jan. 21.
